Internet Safety to be Discussed in Cairo ICT 2010 on the Occasion of the Safer Internet Day, 9 February 2010

For the past 2 years, the Cyber Peace Initiative has participated at the Safer Internet Day - organized by Insafe each year in February to promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones, especially amongst children and young people across the world.
This year the Cyber Peace Initiative is holding a specialized session, for the first time at Egypt's leading ICT exhibition and forum "Cairo ICT 2010" on the 9th of February. The session is focusing on the issue of privacy on the Internet; featuring experts from Microsoft, TE Data, the Ministry of Justice, the Youth Internet Safety Focus Group and Parents Internet Safety Focus Group.
